Michael’s mission is to combine agile project management with its biggest constraint: human nature. As a project manager for both a certification body as well as project owners, Michael coordinated certification as well as the interface management of offshore wind farm projects in Germany, Poland and the US, for over 10 years.

As a creative person, Pawel likes to approach problems from different perspectives and is fascinated with new technologies. He gained his first professional experience in the maritime sector working as electrical cadet and now uses gained knowledge and passion for offshore wind projects.

Giulia organizes our accouting and provides a warm touch to the office. With her experince in construction projects, she is always fast and up-to date with our paper(-less) work. Fun fact: Giulia is also our sparring partner to discuss most burning questions of ongoing projects.

Matthias strives to keep the focus on customer satisfaction by always adapting well-proven management solutions to project needs. Having worked for more than 16 years in different roles in a variety of construction projects all over the world, Matthias knows that no single project is like the next one.

With a Masters in Renewables, Catalina has a special interest in the technical and engineering aspects of renewable energy projects. She is eager to pour the theoretical knowledge gained from years of study into the real world, working towards the expansion of energy generation sources.

Jannis supports our back office with computer skills and his continuously growing understanding of engineering fundamentals. While studying the demanding 'general engineering sciences' at TU Hamburg, Jannis completes our team with his dedication.
